The host sent very detailed instructions, communication was easy and he was always available.

Positive: location, a lot of tourist attractions within 30' walking, saving traffic fees. host response rapidly. Negative: after using water, some noise like water pumping going on loudly like crazy since the neighborhood is quiet, the sound really gets my nerves.
